            BRAD DAVIES

 

Brad began his career in fitness through his own personal journey to health, from an unfit, unhappy 126kg schoolboy to an enthusiastic, excited, fit and motivated personal trainer, Brad has found his passion and is more than excited to help people begin their own journey to health, whatever the road may be. His training style consists of high intensity sessions that focus on strength and conditioning.

            ALLANA CLIMPSON

 

Allana is an incredibly hardworking person who is 100% dedicated to making her clients feel as good as possible. as fast as possible. She is extremely passionate about helping women achieve their goals and loves to inspire people to live their best lives. She is known to get the most out of a training session through her tough training style focusing on high intensity circuit style training. Her workouts are short and sharp igniting even the most resistant bodies fat burning furnace.
